http://www.upmc.fr The biological Oceanography at the University Pierre et Marie Curie - Paris 6 benefits from three marine laboratories, one on the Channel sea, in Roscoff, and two on the Mediterranean coast, in Banyuls sur Mer and in Villefranche sur Mer.
These laboratories host physical, chemical and geological oceanographers for teaching and research. Training in modelling and field observations (both in situ and from space) are strong facilities offered by these institutions.
