http://www.tsc.upc.edu The Signal Theory and Communication Department (TSC) in Barcelona Tech (UPC) University has about 100 permanent senior research staff members who participate actively in IT-related projects at regional, national and European level, in cooperation with industry and public institutions.
The TSC department has its own postgraduate programme offering Master of Science and PhD degrees. About 30 new students enrol to the programme each year, one quarter of them are foreigners.
